Our History

We are a third generation real estate family. Our grandfather was a real estate developer and our father opened his first real estate office in New Jersey in 1958. We relocated to Palm Beach County in the early 1970s and our father, George, re-established Lubeck Real Estate on Singer Island. It is safe to say that our entire young lives were spent around the real estate industry watching our father and all of his associates performing their duties. Looking back now we recognize that this was the beginning of what was to come. Nancy started as the company file clerk in high school but after college found herself heading towards a law degree. She was then reintroduced to real estate sales while our parents were in Europe. By the time they returned she was working full-time.

Chip, started my career handling lawn maintenance at the office and the family rental properties. His focus was always pointed towards the family business. He was licensed three years before graduating from college and a broker at age 22. Within a year of starting his sales career he also sat for the appraiser exam, and became a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser and formed G.F. Lubeck Appraisers, Inc.

Our Father

We were all lucky enough to receive hands-on training from our father, who had almost 50 years of experience in commercial, residential sales, development and appraisals. He took all of us under his wing and showed us what it takes to not only be successful in real estate but how to do it with integrity. Our father was first and foremost mentor, not only in business, but in life.

In 2022 Chip and Nancy created United Land Sites LLC., a company that we are building for the future of our family. Chip and Sally’s sons Benjamin and Daniel recently graduated high school and are starting College at the University of Florida and Santa Fe College, Schools of Construction. Their passion is also Real Estate Development, and they want to join us in our business. As their parents and their aunt, we couldn’t be more pleased that they are choosing this path. We are all on board to help grow our company and we are willing to work hard to achieve our dream. Our family has always worked together. From our mother, Jean, our CFO, to Chip’s wife, Sally, our portfolio manager, to Chip’s children Benjamin and Daniel who, even in high school, help with research and acquisitions. Our family mission is to provide the highest quality level of honesty and integrity in all our transactions. These core values are the foundation on which we are building our business.

The Lubeck Family has proudly supported the non-profit children’s charity Little Smiles for over 15 years. Little Smiles is a charity dedicated to bringing joy and comfort to sick, homeless, and underprivileged children. For 10 years I served as President of this amazing charity, and I have first-hand knowledge of the good works we do and the power of a Little Smile in helping to heal children in unfortunate circumstances. We work alongside Child Life specialists, nurses, law enforcement, and other critical staff members at over 30 Palm Beach, Broward and Martin County facilities to bring (big) little smiles. Our programs are created to provide experiences, toys, and essential items to children in need through the help and generosity of our community.
